Let me show you. I open the customer-list checker, search for a company, and select the right match using its company number and address. I add companies to my list, review the credit cost, and run the checks.
GovBridge returns the registered details and company status. A dissolved company is clearly flagged, showing which record needs attention. I can expand the details and export a dated report for my team.

What to know before you start
Your team makes the decision
Profiles may be cached for up to six hours. “Checked at” is the GovBridge lookup time, not the register update time. A name difference may be a trading name or spelling difference. Selected search names are labels, not independent name checks.
This pilot has no uptime or recovery-time guarantee. HMRC is sandbox-only; DVLA vehicle lookup remains unavailable.
Your list stays in the page
Search terms and company numbers go to the lookup service. Your selected list and expected names stay in this page's memory and clear when you leave, refresh or change accounts. Downloaded reports stay on your device.
Optional usage measurement
Help us improve the customer-list checker. Send GovBridge daily counts of page opens, first searches, completed checks, export clicks and return visits. No company names, lists, searches, account IDs or API keys are included. This is separate from Google Analytics.
